Before founding Propreal Capital Partners in 2012, Yves was a Managing Director within UBS Wealth Management. He was also a member of the UBS Global Real Estate Management Committee, where he established and led a Geneva-based real estate investment and asset management practice with a portfolio across 20 countries. Before that, he was in charge of the asset management team of the Archon Group, a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs. Yves has worked in European Real Estate for 35 years, providing investment solutions for institutional and UHNW investors, and has acquired and managed over €8.5 billion of Real Estate assets.

Sébastien has a 20-year track record in real estate acquisition and portfolio management in western Europe, including single asset and portfolio transactions, non-performing loans, development and repositioning strategies, with EUR 4.0 billion of Real Estate assets underwritten and/or managed. He was previously Conducting Officer of a regulated AIFM (Alternative Investment Fund Manager) in Luxembourg, managing finance and corporate teams, and periodic reporting to clients. Sébastien is also director of bluekern, a Propreal spin-off company powering data intelligence for the real estate industry.

With a background in hospitality finance, Marcus oversees Propreal’s asset management activities, with a special focus on alignment of net income maximization and capital value creation through rental optimization and asset repositioning. Along with a team of asset managers, he leads the company’s asset strategies, and has managed major renovation and conversion projects, including office buildings, hotels and retail across western Europe. Marcus and his team are currently managing in excess of 1bn euros of real estate assets across Europe and north America.

Cédric leads the team of financial analysts in charge of the investment side of Propreal, while servicing investors’ reporting and portfolio performance. Over his 7 years in real estate, Cedric has built acquisition models for every asset class and investment profile, and business solutions for monitoring, analysing and mitigating risks, as well as tools for portfolio management, budget monitoring and reporting. He created an ESG-rating dashboard for real estate assets and is an expert in corporate finance and governance, supporting the corporate functions of an AIFM for 5 years.
